Material: Duralite® vs Acrylic

• Duralite® material is obtained by mixing and vacuum-injecting mineral fillers and polyester resin at low pressure, and reinforced with two layers of fiberglass. With an average thickness of 12 mm, it ensures excellent rigidity and high resistance to physical and thermal shocks;
• Duralite® is pleasant to the touch. In addition, it has excellent acoustic and thermal insulation qualities, which helps maintain a good water temperature;
• Duralite® is resistant to all hygiene and beauty products used in the bathroom. Its surface is shock-resistant and, in case of scratches, it is easily repairable;
• After prolonged use, the bathtub can be repolished. This restores its original shine;
• Duralite®'s non-porous surface prevents bacterial buildup and is easily cleaned with soapy water. The base is smooth, yet non-slip;
• Duralite® is considered the material with the greatest longevity in the hotel industry.
